Nordic Puddle Pirate is a not-for-profit (future business ) focused on providing services based on boater education, community service, and waterway adventure. Through various mediums, our goal is to serve the community in the areas of recreation and conservation while striving to promote boating to those who otherwise may not get the chance to experience the joys of being on the water.
Some of the ways we achieve these goals is through social media and attending in person events, as well as using the profits from services and sales to fund events, support organizations, and offer free charters to special interest groups, such as veterans and those with disabilities.
When you support Nordic Puddle Pirate you are doing more than just supporting a business. You’re supporting a mission in which the profits are redirected back into a cause that affects the lives of others in a positive way. If your interested in getting involved, please feel free to reach out and let us know how you can contribute.
*While we support various causes and groups, it should be noted that such mention of groups on this site or through other NPP mediums does not constitute endorsement by such groups. Such groups may include non-profits, businesses, or government agencies.
Mitchell Clarke is a member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary who has served in various positions, such as flotilla commander, vessel examiner, marine safety, and culinary assistance. He has earned awards through his service for special operations, meritorious team award, and DHS Outstanding Service.
His work experience includes retail management and healthcare with an educational background in business management and firefighting. His goal in life now is to focus on how he can give back, and that is a major influence for founding the Nordic Puddle Pirate.
