The Nordic Puddle Pirate is an independent organization influenced and inspired by my service in the US Coast Guard Auxiliary. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government organization and is established for the purpose of sharing waterway adventures and conservation as well as recreational boater safety.
What you can expect from the Nordic Puddle Pirate is:
· Ongoing dissemination of new skills and equipment reviews.
· A community of like-minded anglers and boaters.
· Trips designed for special interest groups (veterans, disabled, etc).
· Giveaways, contests and event promotions.
· Relaying of news and pertinent information.
· Boater safety opportunities through promotion of vessel safety checks and classes.
· An online fishing and boating shop focused on funding the mission.
While not all these objectives will happen right away, our goal as we grow though is to give back. Join us as we look at purchasing a vessel to accomplish the above goals and help promote boating, fishing and conservation to those who would not normally get the opportunity otherwise.
If you want to know more, please, reach out and I will answer any questions you have.
Mitchell Clarke is a member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary (Vessel Examiner), with a degree in business management. He was born and raised in Wisconsin and enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and traveling. When not volunteering with the Auxiliary, he works full time as a CNA.
Mitch hopes to use Nordic Puddle Pirate as a foundation for building opportunities for others to learn about safe boating, protecting our waterways for generations to come to enjoy, and serve others by offering an opportunity to get out on the water. If your interested in being a part of that mission, connect with us on social media or send a message via the contact form and lets discuss how we can collaborate and serve others.
